Behold the bold Soldier

Check out PhotoRoche blog for more.

My homeboy/local photog/all around rad dude, Shawn Roche took some photos of his good buddy/wildman/equally all around radical, Soren. Soren is from Barcelona and was in town visiting. While Soren was in town Shawn set a day with him for a photo shoot. Soren is sporting his custom Pink wetsuit and a Double Wing Quad Fish I shaped for Shawn a while back. As usual when Shawn gets behind the lens he manages to capture magic. Click the link just under the photo to see the rest of the shoot and bookmark PhotoRoche blog because its rad.

Enjoy your day!

5'6 for Quevz

I shaped this little number for my buddy Juan Jose. You might find him white faced shredding on the western shores of the thorough borrow. If you don't see him in the water look for him in the sky! Keep your eyes peeled for the ghost!

The Popsicle

I named this model "The Popsicle". It is a shape that was born from the collaboration between my buddy Pat "The Rat" and I. I basically helped translate Pats vision into physical form. Pat is a local surfer that I've known since I'm a kid. He was like the older brother at my local break.

"The Popsicle"
Features a semi soft rail from nose to about just in front of the fin cluster with a slight edge underneath the roll. The bottom has slight belly in the nose with a shallow single into a deeper double under that back foot going to a rolled V just out the tail. This board will have the option for a few different fin setups. The shape is super versatile and will work with most fin setups. This prototype is going to outfitted with 5 fin boxes to accomplish a few different fin setups such as Thruster, Twin, Twin with a center stabilizer and last but not least quad for drive on the mushiest days.

I shape this board for my buddy Bobby. His son Jack is responsible for the totally awesome lam on the nose. Bobby is an extremely stoked dude and one of the funniest guys I know. To this day he is responsible for the best prank I've ever been a part of. I'll never forget that dude!
Good times...

Enjoy!

Sharp Blades

It feels good to shape again. Its been a while due to the lack of blanks but I've made nice order that should hold me over for a while. I shaped this eggy board for my friend Bobby Lurry. I think this is the smallest board Bobby has in his quiver. Since he is coming down off a longboard so I made this wider and just thick enough to accommodate accordingly.
Its 7'2 x 22 x 2 7/8 and it features a slight single concave into a slight rolled "V" out of the tail.
